UPSC exam ke liye exact venue admit card par likha hota hai. Generally Leh town ke andar hi koi bada government building hota hai. Airport se Leh town lagbhag 4–5 km. Srinagar se Zoji La ke raste aana padta hai (June–October) ya Delhi se direct flight Leh airport. Manali se Rohtang Pass ke raste bhi aate hain. November se April tak flights only reliable option hai.
